Physics and astronomy students are grounded in the fundamentals of the physical laws of nature, and through our rigorous course of study have developed broadly applicable technical problem solving skills. They are used to venturing into unknown material, sorting out what the key questions are, and persisting until they are answered. Our graduates are thriving in many fields including intellectual property, machine learning, data science, medical devices, finance, software, business, and a variety of engineering fields.
