UC Davis Hosts North American Particle Accelerator Conference in Sacramento

From August 9th to 15th, UC Davis was the local host to the North American Particle Accelerator Conference (NAPAC-25) at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento, along with SLAC NationalLaboratory, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Professor Eric Prebys (pictured at the left) served as the Chair of the Local Organizing Committee. This conference welcomed over 400 attendees from around the country and the world. UC Davis graduate student Logan Knudson won a prize for his presentation in the student poster session.
