Associate Professor David Wittman wins Fullbright Scholar Program Award

The Core Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program sends approximately 800 American scholars and professionals per year to approximately 130 countries, where they lecture and/or conduct research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields.

The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program has a series of new innovative opportunities to meet the changing needs of a diverse academic community in the United States.

Fulbright Flex Awards allows scholars to propose multiple stays of one to three months in the host country over a period of two to three years.

Fulbright Postdoctoral and Early Career Awards are designed for postdoctoral and early career academics.

A Salary Supplement Stipend has been approved for 2014-2015 to bring the stipend amount to the same level as salary, up to a maximum.

Scholars who specialize in Teaching English As a Foreign Language are able to apply to more than 50 different programs simultaneously.
